Yes. Kellville Vans provides a secure storage facility to park your vehicle during your rental. There is a release of liability you need to sign to do this.
Not necessarily. This is a personal preference and RVs are considered to be like sitting in a bus. The passengers in the front seat do require to wear seatbelts but passengers in the rear is completely up to you. Infants and toddlers are required to be in a car seat. Of course we recommend that every passenger uses a seatbelt and we absolutely recommend using a car seat and seatbelt for your infant or young child.

This can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on how comfortable you are with an self contained camper van. If you have pre-read the legal documents, have already rented a motorhome or are familiar with them, then the time will decrease significantly.
Pick up times are between 9:30am and 4pm, we occasionally make exceptions due to travel but you may be assessed a fee. Drop off times are between 9:30am and 4pm, we occasionally make exceptions but you may be assessed a fee. We try to accommodate all times but keep in mind we do not have staff 24/7 so please plan accordingly.

Use your personal auto policy. Most personal automobile policies provide coverage for RV Rentals. Personal auto insurance often will provide the best coverage with the limits you are comfortable with and provide a low deductible. Check with your agent to find out if your personal policy provides coverage. See a list of insurance providers that commonly cover RV rentals.

Nothing really; you just need to know where you want to spend your vacation in it! Below you will find all sorts of questions that have been asked with answers explaining everything you would need to know about renting an RV or motorhome. If you decide to use another RV rental company, these questions are all very important to have answers to before you ever pick up the RV.
Yes! The our campers are always cleaned and ready prior to your arrival!
Yes! We will assist you in driving around the parking lot and around the block until you feel comfortable handling the camper van. We will go over all of the common concerns experienced while driving a camper van.
No! All of our vans are “self contained,” meaning everything will work without being connected to power or water. Each van has its own on board water tank, batteries, generator and holding tanks. Being self contained, you do run the risk of running out of water and power but this is very uncommon, especially f you fill the holding tank every 2-3 days and typically power is regenerated by driving the vehicle. If you do want the peace of mind, you can always plug in at a campground with full hookups.
Class B
Class “B” motorhomes are van conversions, and always in demand. Van conversions are smaller, easier to drive, and can go places that larger motorhomes cannot. They only sleep 3 – 4 comfortably. You recognize a Class B because it looks like a large van or delivery van with a roof ac.
Class C
The class “C” motorhome is the workhorse of the RV rental business, comprising a vast majority of motorhome rentals. The class “C” models are generally designed for families and quite often offer more sleeping capacity than class “A” motor homes. They have driver / passenger side doors for easy access to the cockpit. They are easier to maneuver and have decent mpg. Most are built with a gas engine, but some newer models are coming out with diesel engines. You recognize a Class C RV because of its cab-over design.
