  On arrival, Payden showed us around the Minnie Winnie, explained in detail how to top up and empty tanks, how to manage the power, … More and answered every question we had about RV living as we'd never lived in one. Payden offered us refreshments before we set off, and suggested a couple of places to visit on our trip (Kolob Canyon was a great shout, so thanks for that recommendation!).
  The Minnie Winnie was perfect for our trip, with tons of room inside to comfortably live and sleep over the 11 or so days we stayed in it. We travelled from Salt Lake City down to Moab for our elopement, then spent the rest of our time exploring the Utah "Mighty 5" National parks.
  We spent most of our time off grid, staying in a campsite with hook ups for the first 3 days, topping up and emptying the tanks once, had the obligatory RV camp in a Walmart car park, before booking into another camp site on our last night to empty the tanks prior to handing the RV back. The Minnie Winnie didn't miss a beat, and more experienced off grid livers will probably be able to last longer off grid than we risked.
  Upon our return, the handover was straight forward, with another member of the Kellville Vans team booking us back in. We did go over our contracted miles, but the cost per mile extra was very reasonable and we didn't feel restricted by the contracted mileage.
  Overall, a great experience and a highly recommended place to rent your RV from!

The whole team at Kellville were partners to us from our first exchange where we asked if they even … More rented during the cold winter months, because some outfits are not as equipped to do so. After we landed on the right equipment (a MB Winnebago Revel!) my partner and I took our dog to SLC and set out from there.
  This van was so amazing!! Basically brand new. Easy to drive in the city or off-road. High clearance, 4x4 and fully capable off grid. Perfect for winter camping. The diesel fuel efficiency (especially in running the heating system at night/while camping ) was tops. The battery system was a piece of cake, never ran out of juice. Having a cassette toilet and shower were great, too. The Kellville team stocked us with everything we needed for the trip, from fresh and comfortable bedding and towels, to all the kitchen supplies and dishes we would ever need.
  While you are on your trip, you stay in touch with the owners and team leads via text. If you have any questions about how something works (no matter how simple), just text them and they will get back to you immediately.
  The value overall -- never mind the service we got from John, Teisa and Lance -- was phenomenal. We would do this all over again, and likely will early next fall -- perhaps a northern excursion to the Tetons/Yellowstone/Glacier.
  If you are looking to unplug and reset, this is the way to go. Thank you, Kellville Vans!! We had an amazing experience.

There was plenty of kitchen equipment and just enough space to get the job done before we headed out to our next hike. "Rev" is extremely nice inside and classy. If we ever do this again we will definitely be renting again from Kellville. The guy who got us all set up was totally cool. Showed us everything before we started and answered all of our questions. Walmart is also right around the corner practically so we didn't have to go far to hit up the store and try to get out of the city. A cab ride to and from the airport was actually short too. I highly recommend Kellville and highly recommend renting "Rev" the Revel. (No Rev is not his official name but maybe it should be 😁)

  The guys at Kellville are awesome; friendly, knowledgable and backup their products. Wonderful customer service with easy pickup and drop-off. The vehicle orientation is efficient and thorough. If you are contemplating renting or buying an RV in the Mountain West, you owe it to yourself to check out Kellville Vans. We have rented three different campers from them during the pandemic. Each vehicle was essentially brand new and in perfect condition. If you don't want to own an RV but want use one occasionally, this is the way to go. If you're contemplating purchasing one this an ideal way to compare various options. I can't say enough positive things about our experiences with Kellville.

Kellville has been extremely easy to work … More with. The rental process was very easy. I even had to change my reservation halfway through, and they accommodated me very easily. Communication is very important with them. We had a number we could text if we had any problems. We used it a couple times on our trip, and got immediate response. We also had some mechanical difficulties with our van at the end, and they were amazing at getting us help right away. The van itself was perfect for a family of four. Having a traveling bathroom was a must when we were out in the middle of nowhere. Taking care of dumping the water and the “other stuff” was super easy as well. It was very comfortable to sleep in, and comfortable to travel in. John and Lance were amazing to work with. I highly recommend kellville Vans for any future trips when you are out west. It would be nice if they were in every state 🙂
